The scientific and methodological article analyzes scientific approaches and the regulatory framework for preserving the mental health of participants in the educational process during a full-scale war. Mental health is clarified as a systemic phenomenon encompassing biological, psychological, and social components. Specifics of psychologists’ work in supporting students’ social integration and resource-oriented approaches to self-regulation are revealed. The educational environment is presented as a space for social support and restoration of the psychological resilience of children, teachers, and parents. Psychoeducational tools for mental health preservation and restoration are proposed. The article examines the implementation and monitoring of the All-Ukrainian mental health program «How Are You?» in the Mykolaiv region from 2023 to 2025. It substantiates the educational environment as a «space of restoration» that ensures the stability and predictability necessary for emotional balance among children and teachers. The findings indicate that the program «How Are You?» functions as a systemic tool fostering a culture of self-care and mutual assistance. Integration of such programs contributes to mitigating the negative impact of war on learners’ development and strengthens the overall resilience of the educational system. The results of the research deepened the scientific understanding of mental health in the educational context during wartime. For the first time, the practical experience of the program «How Are You?» in the Mykolaiv region was summarized and systematized. Approaches to integrating psychosocial support into the educational environment as a factor in restoring the psychological resilience of participants in the educational process were further developed.
