THE ANNIVERSARY COMPATRIOTS : ACTIVITY OF MYKOLAIV IN-SERVICE TEACHERS TRAINING INSTITUTE

Abstract

The article contains information about the scientific-methodical and popularizing activities of the Mykolayiv Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education to perpetuate the memory of local writers. The Department of Theory and Methods of Linguistic, Literary and Artistic and Aesthetic Education since 2016, which was first declared the Year of Writers in Mykolayiv Region, conducts various cultural events among the teaching community and the general population of Mykolayiv region. The article presents interesting forms and methods of events in honor of Spiridon Cherkasenko, Mykola Vingranovsky, Valery Boychenko. Particular attention is paid to the dissemination of scientific and literary heritage of the former professor of the department, Laureate of the Shevchenko Prize Dmitry Kremin.
