DEVELOPMENT OF PRESCHOOL TEACHERS’ COMPETENCES WITHIN POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION

Abstract

The article considers the possibilities of postgraduate education to improve the professional competencies of teachers in preschool institutions. The research defines learning conditions to increase professional competence which is designated to develop a holistic world picture for children of preschool age. Society needs a creative, competent, innovative teacher of preschool education, so a model of increasing professional competencies within postgraduate education is designed. In the research made by our Department we offer the main definitions and set the priority of educational technologies to increase teachers' competence.
