INNOVATIONS IN THE SYSTEM OF CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS' STAFF

Reforming the education system of Ukraine requires increased attention to improving the skills of preschool teachers. Issues of theoretical and methodological support for the continuous development of pedagogical staff of preschool education are relevant now. The publication presents a model of continuous professional development e of preschools' staff in Mykolaiv region. It also reflects application of innovations in establishments of preschool education via examples of teachers' preparation to apply quest technology. The conclusions on the effectiveness of the proposed innovations in postgraduate education are presented. This research does not appeal to the final solution of application issues of innovations in continuous development of preschool educational institutions staff's competence. We see it as a further opportunity to approbate innovations in Mykolaiv In-Service Teachers Training Institute.
