APPLYING PARTNERSHIP PEDAGOGY IN THE LEARNING PROCESS

The article reveals the essence of the concept of "partnership pedagogy" as a way of thinking and activities aimed at democratization and humanization of the learning process. It is established that in modern education, one of the main tools to optimize the learning process is the creation of a safe cooperative atmosphere set by a teacher, students, and parents. This task might be carried out if it involves mutual understanding, unity of interests, and aspirations for the personal development of the child. The orientation towards partnership at school has become common for national pedagogy. New approaches of the partnership are disclosed in the current regulatory documents of the education system, namely: in the Law of Ukraine "On Full General Secondary Education" and in the Concept of "New Ukrainian School".
